Ingredienser

1 bag shredded hash browns (green bag in the dairy aisle)

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 16oz tub of light sour cream

1 bag (2 c) shredded cheese (I’ve used mild cheddar, jalapeno cheddar

or Mexican cheese blend)

Instruktioner

Mix all together. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes to 1 hour
