Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredienser

600g chicken thighs

1 bell pepper (any colour)

1 onion

3 tbsp tikka masala paste

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp turmeric

3 tsp chopped garlic

1 tsp ginger puree

1 chicken stock cube

400g chopped tomatoes or passata

100ml single cream

Optional fresh coriander and chillies to serve

Instruktioner

Dice the chicken, and finely slice the peppers and peel and roughly chop the onion

Add all of the ingredients aside from the single cream, coriander and chillies to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

Just before serving stir in the single cream, and serve with basmati rice, fresh coriander and chillies.
