Miso Glazed Roasted Cabbage - the Perfect Side Dish or Veget

Ingredienser

1 tsp olive oil

1 cone cabbage - cut into 4-6 wedges

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp miso paste

1 large lemon - juiced

1 cup @brodo mushroom stock

1/3 cup @eat___sunny tahini

1 tbsp chives - chopped

Instruktioner

Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Slice cabbage into wedges. Heat cast iron, drizzle with olive oil & char the cabbage.

Meanwhile in a small bowl mix together lemon juice, miso paste & honey. Drizzle over the charred cabbage.

Pour the mushroom stock around the cabbage and place into the oven & bake for 15-25 minutes until stock is absorbed and the cabbage is golden brown and tender.

Spread the tahini on the plate and place the cabbage over the top and sprinkle with chives.
