Instruktioner
Add the ground pork, green onions, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, black pepper, chili crisp, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to a bowl. Mix until completely combined.
Place a dumpling or wonton wrapper in your hand and add a ball of pork filling to the center. Top with one raw shrimp, then bring the wrapper up around the filling and pinch the sides. Repeat to make 20 dumplings.
Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Arrange the dumplings wrapper-side down, then lightly drizzle a little more avocado oil over the top. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the bottoms begin to lightly brown.
Pour in the chicken broth, cover with a lid, and steam for 7 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for another 2 minutes.
Top with soy sauce, chili crisp, green onions, and sesame seeds, then serve.
