No baking required. Makes 7 BIG bars, each with: 240 cals, 10g protein, 10 net carbs
Here is another viral recipe that absolutely holds up to the hype.
You’ve got a rich brownie base, a creamy cheesecake center, and a chocolate layer right on top. These are a little more dense than your traditional brownie cheesecake bar, but made with better-for-you ingredients, incredibly satisfying, and SO GOOD. Big thanks to @nora.dora99 for this amazing recipe!
Here’s how to make them:
FOR THE BROWNIE BASE:
150g almond flour
30g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp calorie-free sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Splash of vanilla extract
Instruktioner
Mix everything together until you have a brownie batter. Press it firmly into a parchment-lined loaf pan or small baking dish and freeze for 10 mins.
FOR THE CHEESECAKE LAYER:
250g fat-free cream cheese (regular works too!)
10g sweetener of choice
Splash of vanilla extract
Squeeze of lemon juice
I processed this in a food processor, but you can also use a hand mixer. Then spread it over the brownie base and freeze for about 45 mins.
FOR THE CHOCOLATE TOPPING:
40g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp calorie-free sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Mix until smooth, spread it over the cheesecake layer, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
I cut these into 7 bars, but you can cut them into whatever size bars you like to manage your own goals. This is such a great healthy dessert, hits all the right spots, and is one of those healthy recipes that truly hits the spot!
