Ingredienser

Half a cup raw honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Half a teaspoon black pepper (helps absorb turmeric)

How to make it:

Add all spices to the raw honey in a clean jar

Stir well until fully combined

Close the lid and let it sit for 1–2 days at room temperature

Stir once or twice a day to help flavors infuse

How to use it:

Dissolve 1 tablespoon of the mixture in a cup of warm water. Drink once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Storage:

Keep in a sealed jar at room temperature for up to 3 months. No need to refrigerate (honey is a natural preservative).
