BLT Chicken Salad

Ingredienser

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup green onions

1/3 cup buttermilk or sour cream

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken,

1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, quartered

8 strips bacon

1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and chopped (optional)

Instruktioner

Gather all ingredients.

Combine mayonnaise, green onions, buttermilk and pepper in a bowl.

Add chicken, tomatoes, and bacon. Stir to combine.

If using, fold in avocado just before serving.

Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
