Peanut Patties

Ingredienser

2 1/2c sugar

1c heavy cream

2/3c cup Karo syrup

3c raw peanuts

1tsp vanilla

1tsp butter

Food coloring

Instruktioner

Mix sugar, heavy cream, Karo syrup and peanuts. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.

Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla

Beat until creamy. Add food coloring.

Drop by tablespoon into greased cupcake pan.
