Cottage Cheese Protein Bake
This one FUCKED! Especially turning it into a cinnamon scroll like I did 🤤
Perfect protein-packed snack that actually tastes good and doesn’t wreck your gut!
Macros (wrap only):
348 cals | 40g P | 12g C | 13g F
Macros (my cinnamon scroll version):
498 cals | 53g P | 21g C | 23g F
Recipe:
225g cottage cheese (pressed if you can)
2 eggs
Monkfruit (powdered or drops – or your fave sweetener)
5ml Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Instruktioner
Blend everything till smooth
Bake at 175°C (350°F) for ~25 mins
Top with whatever you please
I turned mine into a cinnamon scroll! 👨🍳
Extras I used:
5g butter
10g cinnamon
10g stevia
30g light cream cheese
50g vanilla protein yoghurt (YoPro)
½ scoop @musclenation Vanilla Casein Custard (code: RTA)
Method:
Brush melted butter on wrap
Mix sweetener + cinnamon together, dust the roll
Icing:
Mix cream cheese, yoghurt & protein powder
Spread on top & enjoy 🔥
