Ingredienser

2 med Onion rough cut

2 T. Minced Garlic

3 T. Chipotle puree

1 T. Chipotle powder

1 Jalepeno sliced

3 Qt. Mexican beer

1 T. Mexican oregano

4 T. Lime juice

2 sprigs Thyme

1 T. Salt and pepper

Instruktioner

Place 2-3 smoked brisket, sliced to 3-4" pieces in a 6" full pan

braise approximately 2 hours at 300

remove from oven allow to cool to room temp in liquid. remove briskets and place in a clean pan.

Strain liquid, reduce by 2/3 then add reduced liquid to new brisket pan.

allow to cool then pull meat.

label, date, and refrigerate.
