Meatballs 1

Ingredienser

4.5 lbs 80/20 beef

So far 1/2 a 15oz tube of Progresso Italian breadcrumbs

10 medium garlic cloves minced then pasted (mortar) (should’ve been more)

8oz locatelli pecorino Romano

Garlic powder

Tbsp salt (NOTE: they taste saltier as they sit! Don’t add salt after the first taste test)

>tbsp pepper

Tbsp Oregano

5 large eggs

Instruktioner

  1. firmly roll into balls. Continuously roll starting with hand very close together, almost squishing the meat flat, and then slowly letting up until the ball is formed

Made with 1lb Turkey one and was delicious (needed more breadcrumbs)
