1 large baguette-shaped roll

2 ounces robiola

Extra-virgin olive oil

5 slices bresaola

Freshly ground black pepper

3 arugula leaves, stems trimmed

Instruktioner

Slice the roll in half lengthwise. Spread the robiola on one half of the bread. Drizzle with a few drops of olive oil. Layer the bresaola over the cheese. Grind black pepper over the meat. Arrange a few arugula leaves over the bresaola. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Cover with the other slice of

bread.
