Banana 200g, 7oz

Eggs 2

Vanilla Casein Custard 1 scoop, 33g, 1.1oz

Whey Isolate 33g, 1.1oz

Peanut Butter 150g, 5.3oz

PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 50g, 1.7oz

Sweetener of choice 10g, 0.35oz

Egg whites 150ml, 5.1fl oz

Baking powder 5g, 0.17oz

Chocolate chunks are optional)

How to make it

Instruktioner

Preheat oven to 180 Celsius, 350 Fahrenheit

Mash the banana until smooth

Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl

Add the dry ingredients and mix into a thick batter

Pour into a lined loaf tin

Bake 30 to 40 minutes depending how fudgy you like it

Cool fully before slicing

The type of protein powder you use will have an effect on how it tastes (using a whey/casein blend is highly recommended for texture)
