Oven (425°)

Cut (1in x 2in) and toss in bowl:

Cauliflower

Olive oil

Minced garlic/garlic powder

Salt

Pepper

Arrange on oiled baking sheet (dont crowd)

------------------------------------------------------

Oven (425°) (25-30 min)

Flip halfway through

------------------------------------------------------

Top with:

Parmesan, feshly grated
