MP’s Swedish Cremes

• portioner: 5-6 dozen

Ingredienser

Cookies:

1 cup butter

1/3 cup whipping cream

2 cups flour

Filling (double this for one batch):

1 egg yolk

1/4 cup butter

3/4 cup powdered sugar

3 tsp almond flavor

Instruktioner

1. Mix together cookie ingredients with hands. Roll out 1/8th inch thick. Cut into circles using a shot glass.

2. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool.

3. While the cookies bake, mix together the filling.

4. When the cookies are cooled, use two cookies to make a sandwich with the filling.
