AD / You know those nights when you've got nothing in the cupboard that you can actually make dinner with? Well this recipe is going to be a lifesaver...

Just pop into @Sainsbury’s and grab these 5 ingredients to make one of the simplest and tastiest dinners that i've had in a REALLY long time!

When you only using a handful of ingredients, you need to make sure that every single one of them is pulling their weight.

Like these Taste the Difference Wildflower Honey & Wholegrain Mustard Sausages or their Chunky Mediterranean Vegetables...and to finish it off, Sainsbury's even do their own HOT Honey, so you can finally have it on everything!

12 x Taste the Difference Wildflower Honey & Wholegrain Mustard Sausages

600g Sainsbury's Chunky Mediterranean Style Vegetables

3 tbsp Sainsbury's Hot Honey

2 tsp dijon mustard

2 x 400g Sainsbury's mashed potato

Instruktioner

Heat the oven to 180C

Place the sausages on a large non-stick baking tray.

Use your hands to coat them in a little oil. Put them on the baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.

Cut the larger pieces of veg in half so everything is roughly equal in size.

Remove the sausages from the oven and add the veg to the tray. Drizzle in olive oil and toss until coated.

Return to the oven and cook for a further 20 minutes, turning everything over halfway through until the sausages are cooked and the veg is tender.

Mix together the hot honey and the dijon mustard.

Cook the mashed potato to packet instructions.

Drizzle over two thirds of the dressing and turn the sausages and veg over until coated.

Leave to rest for a couple of minutes.

Divide the mashed potato between 4 bowls, followed by the sausages and veg.

Drizzle with the remaining dressing and serve.
