PINEAPPLE & SOY SAUCE MARG —

½ oz agave

¾ oz lime juice

1¼ oz pineapple juice

¾ yuzu dry curaçao (regular triple sec will be fine too)

2 oz tequila blanco

1 bar spoon soy sauce

garnish: black salt rim, pineapple frond

Rim the side of your glass with black salt; set aside in the freezer while you build your cocktail. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, and shake. Strain into the prepped glass and garnish with a pineapple frond.
