This cocktail is my take on a bold and balanced espresso martini. It’s built around the punchy flavors of overproof Jamaican rum. It’s strong, rich, and just the right amount of complex. After one of these, your heart might skip a beat (in a good way).

SINUS RHYTHM ☕️

1½ oz. / 45 ml. overproof Jamaican rum (Smith and Cross)

½ oz. / 15 ml. Amaro Meletti

½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur

1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso

¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. demerara syrup

2 dashes tiki bitters

sea salt to garnish

Postup

add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with coffee beans and flaked sea salt
