Copycat Recipe 1 - Inspired by Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscu

2 1/2 cups flour

3 tsp baking powder

2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

1 tsp of garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayennne pepper

1/2 cup cold butter

1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese

3/4 cup 2% milk

1/2 cup sour cream

Garlic butter

6 Tbsp butter, melted

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp minced parsley

Preheat oven to 450

In large bowl, whisk together the first 7 ingredients. Cut in the cold butter until there are coarse crumbs. Then mix in the cheese, milk and sour cream.

Roll desired amount into ball and place on greased baking sheet.

Brush garlic butter over top and place in oven for 12-15 minutes.
