1/4 Cup @CampariUSA⁠

3/4 cups Sugar⁠

3 tbsp Corn Syrup⁠

2 tbsp Cold Water⁠

Postup

Combine ingredients minus 1 tsp of Campari in a pot and stir until the sugar is completely saturated. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Boil for 20-25 minutes until the mixture measures 300 degrees Fahrenheit without stirring. Remove from the heat and mix in the remaining 1 tsp of Campari. Quickly pour into silicone molds and let cool completely. Remove from molds, and store in an airtight container with a desiccant packet.⁠
