1 Stick Unsalted Butter

1 Large Egg

1 + ½ cups Flour

½ cup Chocolate Chunks (80%.)

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup White Sugar

1 Pinch Maldon Salt

Postup

1. Partially melt stick of butter (30 secs)

2. Add sugars and mix

3. Add vanilla and egg (Partially Mix)

4. Add flour, salt and baking soda, mix

5. Add chocolate chunks and mix

6. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

7. Let sit for 5 minutes
