1/2 ounce Amaro Montenegro

2 ounces soda water

Mace Syrup:

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

1 teaspoon ground mace

Combine all ingredients in a coconut, a mug or a rocks glass and and stir to combine.

Fill the glass with ice and serve.
