Cranberry Cream Cheese Pinwheels

Ingrediencie

Spinach tortillas (Normally I use the bigger sized tortillas but they only had the smaller sized available & they still worked great)

2- (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

6oz bag dried cranberries

2 bunches diced green onions

1 teaspoon garlic salt (I will add more to taste)

Postup

Mix cream cheese, dried cranberries, green onion and garlic salt together until well blended. Spread evenly on tops of tortillas. \r

Roll up tortillas. Wrap in parchment paper & let them set in fridge before cutting, about an hour.

Trim off ends. Cut each tortilla into even pieces using a serated knife.

These are great to make ahead of time as well!
