BBQ Chicken

Ingrediencie

1 Green pepper chopped

1 Onion sliced

1 packet of mushrooms

Oil

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

4 tablespoons tomato ketchup

2 oz brown sugar

1 teaspoon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 chicken jointed

Add oil to a saucepan, fry onions and peppers until soft.

Season the chicken and dip in flour

Brown in a frying pan

Mix the vinegar, tomato ketchup, sugar, mustard & Worcestershire sauce together. Add with the mushrooms to the onions and peppers.

Put the chicken into a casserole dishand pour over the sauce.

Cover and cook for 30 mins at 180 degrees.

Serve with boiled rice
