Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingrediencie

48 Hersey Kisses (K-Rose uses Hershey Drops, they’re not wrapped and easier to eat!)

1/2 cup Shortening

3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

1/3 cup Sugar

1/3 cup Brown Sugar (lightly packed)

1 Egg

2 tablespoons Milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/3 cup additional Granulated Sugar for Rolling

Preheat oven to 375°. In a mixing bowl, cream the shortening and peanut butter. Add the sugar & brown sugar. Beat until fluffy. Then add the egg, milk, and vanilla. Beat well. In a different bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients slowly into the peanut butter mixture. Make 1 inch balls & roll in sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Immediately press a kiss/drop into the center of each cookie. Let cool.
