The Best Soft Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

1 c creamy peanut butter

1/2 c soft butter

1/2 c granulated sugar

3/4 c packed brown sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 c flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

Postup

Preheat oven to 350.

In large bowl cream peanut butter, butter, sugars using hand or stand mixer until soft & creamy.

Add the egg & vanilla & mix until fully combined.

Roll the dough into 1-2 inch balls and place on ungreased parchment lined cookie sheet. Press down with fork.

Bake 8-10 minutes. To keep them soft do not overbake.
