Ina Gartens Brownie Pudding

Kladdkaka is supposed to be eaten in wedges, unlike “American” brownies which are dense and fudgey and served in squares. These are gooey and almost molten like. Mine was underdone I think due to my baking dish. Oops! I also didn’t let it cool. Surprise surprise

2 sticks unsalted butter, melted

2 cups granulated sugar

4 eggs, room temp

3/4c cocoa powder

1/2c all purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla (vanilla bean paste)

3tbsp espresso

Butter for the dish.
