Turkey/Chicken Divan (Mary & Ethel's recipe)

Ingrediencie

2 10 oz. package frozen broccoli spears

2 c. sliced turkey or 3 cooked boneless chicken breasts

2 10-1/2 oz. Cans of cream of chicken soup

3/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1-1/2 c. soft buttered bread crumbs

2 Tbsp. butter

Postup

Cook broccoli until tender; drain well.

Arrange in greased 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish.

Layer on poultry.

Combine undiluted soup, mayo and lemon juice.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until heated thru.

Poznámky

You can use leftover poultry for this that you've cut into chunks.
