Ten Minute Xmas Cake

Ingrediencie

Sift the following:

2 1/2 c flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp soda

1 tsp instant coffee

1/2 c brown sugar.

Set aside.

Mix the following:

1 c almonds, chopped or raisins

2 c mixed peel or fruit

2 c glazed cherries

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 can Eagle Brand milk

3 c mincemeat

3 tsp sherry, brandy, or rum

Postup

Combine the dry ingredients with the fruit.

Cook 2 hours in 300 oven.

Very good, freezes well.
