Steak Salad Sunday Part 67: Cherry Steak Salad with a Cherry

Ingrediencie

For the salad:

Arugula

Sliced steak

Sweet red cherries, pitted and halved

Corn, roasted or boiled

Chopped green onion

Crumbled goat cheese

Toasted slivered almonds

Cherry balsamic dressing

Cherry balsamic dressing:

5 cherries, pitted

2 cloves garlic

¼ cup olive oil

⅛ cup balsamic vinegar

1 tsp dijon mustard

Juice of ¼ lemon

1 tsp honey

1 tsp mayo

Salt and pepper, to to taste
