Ingrediencie

16 oz water

2 tbsp tea

Ice

4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

4 tbsp evaporated milk or heavy cream

Boil water

Add tea and boil for 10 min

Fill cups with ice

Strain tea and divide between two cups

Mix condensed milk with evaporated milk.

Divide mixture between two cups
