Sweet Potato Casserole

• porcie: Serves 10 - 12

Ingrediencie

3 c. sweet potatoes, about 4 good-sized ones or one large can

1/2 C. sugar

1/2 c. butter

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

1/3 c. milk

Topping:

1/3 c. melted butter

1c. light brown sugar

1/2 c. flour

1c. chopped pecans

Postup

Boil and mash potatoes (or just mash from can). Mix in sugar, butter (melt if you just used sweet potatoes from the can), eggs, vanilla and milk. Put in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

Topping: Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
