Miami Vice * (rough recipe)

Some colleagues of mine told me about the Miami Vice a few years ago. They even went as far as to make me one. And it still hits the spot!

Miami Vice * (rough recipe)

Piña Colada -

40g Coconut Rum

5g Wray & Nephew

50g Coconut Cream

50g Pineapple juice

30g Lime juice

Fresh pineapple chunks

2 tbsp Sugar

1/2 tsp xanthan gum

Strawberry Daiquiri -

45g White Rum

75g Strawberries

30g Lime juice

2 tbsp Sugar

1/2 tsp xanthan gum

I mean, give me one of these at the beach bar, and I'm happy. Frozen cocktails are back in trend. Just don't order one from me at the bar. 😂
