Rice Krispy Treats

1/4 c margarine or butter

10 oz or 4 c mini marshmallows

5 c Rice Krispies cereal

Melt 1/4 c. marqarine or butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add 1 package (10 oz.) or 4 c. miniature marshmallows. Stir until completely melted. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 5 cups of Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well-coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cut into squares when cool.

Poznámky

You can put rice krispie treats on a stick by scrunching the mixture around the end of a Popsicle stick.
