Sweet Chilli Sauce

Ingrediente

½ cup Red chillies (choice of mild or hot chillies)

½ cup water

½ cup White sugar

½ cup White vinegar

2 tbsp Minced Garlic

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Cornstarch (mix with 2 tbsp water)

Instrucțiuni

Blend chillies, garlic and water in a food processor until roughly chopped.

Transfer to a pot, add sugar, vinegar, and salt. Bring it to a simmer until the sugar dissolves for 4- 5 minutes.

Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook for another few minutes until thickened.

Let cool and store in a clean jar. It’s ready to dip all your spring rolls in. #sweet #chilli #dippingsauce #recipe
