Zesty lime jalapeno ranch

Ingrediente

¾ cup sour cream

¾ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon Homemade Ranch Seasoning

1 jalapeño ribs and seeds removed and roughly chopped (see note)

Instrucțiuni

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor

Blend until smooth

Store in fridge until ready to use (up to 3 days)

Note

Use less jalapeño to tone down the spice or keep the ribs and seeds and add more jalapeño for more spice.

Ranch Seasoning:

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon dried chives

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper
