Sticky jasmine rice

Ingrediente

1 cup jasmine rice

1.1 Cups of water

Instrucțiuni

1. Rinse the rice thoroughly

2. Let it soak for 10 minutes after

3. Combine rice & water in a pot

4. Bring to a boil then lower heat to low (4/10)

5. Cover & let it cook for 10 minutes

6. Take off heat & let it steam for 5 minutes

Note

For coconut rice, do 2/3 coconut milk
