Chex Mix – GUM Recipe

o 2 Cups Corn Chex
o 2 Cups Wheat Chex
o 2 Cups Cherrios
o 3 Cups Pecans
o 1 stick salted butter
o 2 to 3 teaspoons garlic salt
o 9 teaspoons of Worchester Sauce
Instrucțiuni
• In a large bowl add – do not mix up the bowl or the order:
o 2 Cups Corn Chex
o 2 Cups Wheat Chex
o 2 Cups Cherrios
o 3 Cups Pecans
• In a saute pan:
o 1 stick salted butter
o 3 teaspoons garlic salt
o 9 teaspoons of Worchester Sauce
• Melt on medium heat – stirring to combine.
• Once melted – pour over the contents of the bow – covering all pecans. Then stir all contents together until every piece has some of the butter sauce on it.
• Spread out over 2 cookie sheets – being sure all pieces are spread and not stacked up.
• Bake at 250 for 60 minutes – not on convection – no stirring needed.
• Remove and cool.
