Toasted Ham And Cheese Sandwich

Ingrediente

2 slices bread

Slice jarlsbeg cheese (or other sliced cheese)

Slice ham

Butter spread

Instrucțiuni

Make sandwich.

Butter top side of sandwich.

Place in warm frypan, buttered side down.

Butter top side of sandwich while waiting for underside to brown.

When underside is brown, flip sandwich to brown other side.

When both sides are brown and cheese has melted, remove.

Spread a little butter on top before cutting if desired.
