Southwestern Chicken

Ingrediente

1/4 cup Southwestern Spice Blend

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Instrucțiuni

Prepare a charcoal grill to medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F) with the rack 4 inches from the coals.

Rub the Southwestern Spice Blend all over each chicken breast. Place on the grill rack.

Close the cover and grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, until the juices run clear when the breast is pierced with a knife.
