Stan’s Stew

Ingrediente

1/2 medium yellow or sweet onion

4-5 cloves garlic, minced (more or less to taste)

½ pound carrots, diced

1 ½ pounds Yukon potatoes, diced (peel if you wish)

1 pound crimini mushrooms diced

1 tube impossible sausage

3-4 cups vegan “beef” broth

1 cup dry red wine

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp agave, optional

2 Tbls flour (shaken in broth)

2 Tbls tomato paste

Serve with fresh sourdough bread
