Jersey Mike’s Italian Sub Pasta Salad

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

3/4 cup olive oil

3 oz parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp thyme

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp chili flakes

1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic

Salad

8 oz pasta of choice

10 oz ham, diced

10 oz pepperoni, diced

10 oz salami, diced

1/2 cup mozzarella pearls

12-15 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered

1/3 cup red onion, sliced

1/4 cup banana peppers

1/3 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
