Berry Brandy

Ingrediente

3 lb berries - not cherries

1 1/2 lb sugar

1 bottle of cheap rye or brandy

Large jar/glass container with lid

Instrucțiuni

Put the berries in the bottle of the glass jar. Don't mash.

Sprinkle sugar on top

Pour the booze over the berries and sugar.

Secure the lid on top of the jar and put away till all the sugar is dissolved. Do not stir or shake.

Strain carefully
