Banana Cheesecake

Ingrediente

• 16oz cream cheese at room temp

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 3 eggs

• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

• 1 banana

• 1 1/4 cup heavy cream

• 1 cup dark chocolate chips (melted)

• 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instrucțiuni

• Preheat your oven to 385°F

• Blend all of your cheesecake ingredients and pour mix into a 6inch springform cake pan lined with parchment paper

• Add a pan with 2 inches of water to the bottom rack of your oven (to create a steam bath)

• Bake for 40 minutes (cheesecake should be jiggly in the center and a bit firmer in the edges)

• Let cool completely and refrigerate for at least 6 hours
