1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp fine sea salt
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Juice of ½ a lemon, plus more for serving
200g chicken breast, cut in half horizontally (see note for tip)
For the dressing:
100g Greek yoghurt
½ tsp garlic powder
For the rice and veggies:
160g red pepper, finely sliced
160g red cabbage, finely sliced
200g baby spinach
250g cooked wholegrain rice
