COLE SLAW DRESSING - VINEGAR BASED

Ingrediente

1 Egg

2 Tbsp Granulated sugar

Salt to taste

1/4 C White vinegar

1/4 C Water

Instrucțiuni

Mix all ingredients together and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until comes to a boil.

Pour over grated cabbage.

Note

Mom sometimes changed things up and made this dressing for coleslaw instead of a mayonnaise dressing. Nice change of pace.

Any vinegar will likely do.
