Eller Special - Rosemary Potatoes

1-2 lbs small yellow or red potatoes
olive oil spray or brush with olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons fresh rosemary finely diced

boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender
smash - plate on cookie sheet and gently smash each potato with the bottom of a glass
season - spray or brush with olive oil sprinkle with salt and pepper and diced rosemary
bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or until golden and crispy
