Shepherd’s Pie (Susan Dean)

Ingrediente

1½ lbs ground beef

1 can lima beans (drain)

1 chopped onion, optional

1 can corn (drain)

1 small can tomato sauce

Mashed potatoes

Grated cheese

Instrucțiuni

Brown ground beef. Drain.

Add tomato sauce.

Add lima beans and corn.

Put in casserole and top with mashed potatoes and cheese.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until brown.
