Oven Roasted Cream Sauce Pasta

Ingrediente

1 lb pasta

1 jar of Trader Joe’s Slow Roasted Tomatoes

Chicken/veggie stock

3+ cloves of garlic

Onion powder (or real onion)

Little smoky paprika

Heavy cream

Italian seasoning

Black pepper

Calabrian chili pepper

Parm

Vodka or other neutral alcohol

Instrucțiuni

Add oil, saute garlic until fragrant, add all tomatoes. Deglaze with vodka or another neutrally flavored alcohol. Add stock, spices and herbs. Once cooked down, turn off heat.

Wait a bit. Add cream in small batches to avoid breaking the sauce. Can add cheese when pan is cold. Add pasta water to taste/texture preference

Mix pasta and sauce, adding pasta water if needed

Season to taste with black pepper, cheese, and cream
