Quick and Easy Bourbon Chicken at Home Aka Mall Chicken

Sear on each side for 7-8 minutes until you get a nice char

For the sauce:

1/2 cup soy sauce (I used low sodium)

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

Garlic paste

Ginger paste

Dark brown sugar

Butter
